The Atlantic City beach and Steeplechase Pier

This is one of my favorite images.
Click on it to see some amazing detail of the AC beach and George Tilyou's Steeplechase Pier around 1910.

Cheers,
Emil

  4. Does anyone remember the pier in Spring Lake, NJ? When I was a child back in the 50's there was a pier. Then for what I recall was two years in a row there was a storm. One year the pier got shorter, the next year shorter. Now there isn't a pier and I can't seem to find a picture of it. It was located at what is called Pier Beach in Spring Lake Heights
